Account and billing requests

Include your account identifier and the relevant invoice or request reference. Never send your password, account key, raw API key, recovery codes, prompts, or model responses.

Abuse reports

Describe the affected endpoint, time, and public evidence. Do not include unlawful content itself or attempt to access another account.

Security reports

Provide safe reproduction steps and the impact you observed. Avoid destructive testing or obtaining customer content.
