Refund policy

Draft guidance for prepaid credits and billing disputes.

Draft for legal and operational review. This document must be finalized for the operator and deployment jurisdiction before commercial launch.

Prepaid credits

Credits fund API usage. Charges already incurred for verified inference cannot be reversed simply because an output was unwanted. Mandatory consumer rights and corrections for billing errors still apply.

Billing errors

Report a suspected duplicate charge or incorrect deposit with its transaction or invoice reference. Do not include API secrets, prompts, or sensitive content in support requests. Adjustments and refunds require an immutable accounting reference and explicit reason.

Crypto payments

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible and network fees may apply. Only use the amount, address, network, and deadline specified by the payment provider. Underpayments, overpayments, expired invoices, and unsupported transfers require provider reconciliation.

Before launch

The operator must finalize eligibility, deadlines, processing time, support contact, and legally required withdrawal rights before accepting live payments.
