Draft terms for developer access to the UncensoredLabs API.

Service and eligibility

The service provides prepaid access to approved AI model endpoints. You must be legally able to enter a service agreement and must protect your account and credentials. Commercial access depends on verified upstream redistribution rights and production readiness.

Credits and charges

Published model prices apply at the start of a request. The gateway reserves credits and settles using verified usage. Interrupted requests may remain reserved until reconciliation. Do not assume failed or disconnected requests are unbillable.

Model outputs

Model responses can be inaccurate, unsafe, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining appropriate professional advice for consequential decisions.

Responsibilities and enforcement

Follow applicable law, the acceptable use policy, and provider restrictions. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or compromised credentials. No model classification exempts you from legal obligations.

Legal review required

The operator must finalize jurisdiction, dispute handling, liability, tax treatment, service changes, termination, refund rights, and mandatory consumer protections with qualified counsel before launch.
