Provider guide
An operator reference for enabling a verified upstream integration and maintaining the catalog.
Launch requirements
- Obtain provider resale authorization and production credentials.
- Configure the fixed upstream API origin and approved model identifiers.
- Verify prices, capabilities, usage reporting, streaming, and error handling.
- Complete payment, account recovery, staging, and operational checks.
- Enable live inference only after the launch gates are satisfied.
Catalog operations
Model discovery produces candidates for review. An administrator with current MFA verifies each candidate and records the supporting evidence before it is enabled. Upstream credentials remain server-side.
Uncertain usage
A provider failure or missing usage can retain a reservation. Use trusted reconciliation and ledger entries to resolve it. Do not directly edit a wallet balance or release a hold merely because a client timed out.
